At Amoga Gold, we are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality cold-pressed oils and grocery products with care and authenticity. Customer satisfaction is our priority, and we ensure every order is packed and delivered with the utmost attention to quality.
Returns
As our products include edible oils and grocery items, returns are accepted only under specific conditions to maintain hygiene and safety standards.
You may request a return or replacement if:
- The product is damaged during delivery
- The wrong item was delivered
- The packaging is leaking, torn, or defective
- The product is expired or spoiled upon delivery
- Grocery items are missing from the order
To raise a return request, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:
- Order number
- Photos/videos of the product and package
- Brief explanation of the issue
Refund Policy
Once the issue is verified by our team, eligible refunds will be processed as follows:
- Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer after confirmation
Replacement Policy
Depending on product availability and customer preference, we may offer the following:
- Replacement of the damaged/wrong item
- Store credit for future purchases
- Partial refund for missing or damaged products
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene and food safety reasons, the following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used oil bottles and grocery products
- Products returned without original packaging
- Requests made after 48 hours of delivery
- Damage caused due to improper storage after delivery
- Orders placed with incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
- Change of mind after purchase
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before they are packed or shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations cannot be accepted.
Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed, incomplete, or marked delivered but not received, please contact us within 3 days of the delivery date so we can assist you promptly.
